The Wellington Phoenix will look to extend a handy run of form past the inconsistent Wanderers in Wellington on Saturday afternoon.
They were understandably slow from the blocks, but the Phoenix have come roaring back into contention through the last couple of months and enter this one off the back of two consecutive wins; ultimately undefeated in the league since the beginning of November.
The Wanderers have been almost the complete opposition; beginning well and then crashing back down to Earth in the most crushing way imaginable. A rare win over Adelaide United a fortnight ago way completely forgotten on Matchday 13, when they lost to the Brisbane Roar.
Wellington should be winning this and winning well.
