The Scorchers take to their home away from home, Metricon Stadium, for a top three clash against the Thunder.

Perth remains on top of the Big Bash ladder at 7-1, while the third-place Thunder will be hoping to make it four on the trot with another win over the favourites.

Sydney won by 34 when these two sides met last week thanks to a big partnership from Jason Sangha and Sam Billings.

Nathan McAndrew was also outstanding taking three wickets with the white ball as the top of the Perth order struggled to find runs.
