Together with two wins to their name, the Dallas Mavericks and Chicago Bulls will go in search of improvement when they do battle at United Center.

Things may be looking up for the Mavericks after they downed Miami 93-83 at home on Friday.

That result marked the second time in three games they have allowed fewer than 85 points.

Those performances are a far cry from the Bulls’ sieve-like defence, which has conceded 120+ in five of six this season, including during their latest 126-96 humiliation at Milwaukee.

Luka Doncic (questionable) recorded 27 points, 15 rebounds and seven assists against Miami, however, it remains unclear if he’ll play due to a quad contusion. Conversely, Tomas Satoransky, Ryan Arcidiacono, Chandler Hutchison and Lauri Markkanen are still in quarantine and have been ruled out for Chicago.
