The Heat have opened as $1.80 favourites despite a dismal showing against the Sixers last week.

Metricon looked like a nightmare to score on last week so temper your expectations for a massive total in this game. We could very easily see another 140/150 sort of situation here.

If you lean that way, Tall Paul (Paul Walter) looks value for 2+ Wickets. He’s done just that in the Heats’ last four games and has been massive for Brisbane’s campaign this year.

The resurgence of Lloyd Pope over the last few games has been huge too, spin should play a massive role in this game and I think Pope will be in the wickets once again.

Runscorer wise, I’m liking Nathan McSweeney for Brisbane and league leader Matt Short for Adelaide. Short got the ball of the tournament against the Scorchers and I think he’ll bounce back here.
