This is a vitally important game for the Adelaide Strikers on Wednesday night as they look to claw their way back from the bottom of the table.

The Strikers have lost six in a row coming in, with one of those defeats coming at the hands of the Hurricanes in a seven-wicket demolition job only a week ago.

The ‘Canes, on the other hand, are hoping to atone for a narrow loss to the Heat on Saturday that has left them sitting fourth on the table at 4-4.

Truth be told, neither of these two teams fill me with confidence, especially the Hurricanes, who have played very few games away from Hobart this year.

That said, the Strikers have been awful with the bat this season, while they’ve also lost three of their last five games to Hobart.
