Wests Tigers vs Brisbane Broncos 2013 NRL Round 7 preview and tips

Saturday’s second game has the Brisbane Broncos travelling to Campbelltown to take on the West Tigers which has historically, produced a very tight game.

The last five clashes between the two sides have resulted in four victories to the Brisbane side but with three of them by less than four points.

Starting with the visitors, it was an average start to the season with only one win from their first four matches but their last two matches, which have resulted in wins over Titans (32-12) and Cowboys (12-10) have suggested there are getting back to their best.

It’s been a tough initiation for first time NRL coach Mick Potter with his Tigers with his side’s two wins this season coming over the poorly performed Penrith and Parramatta and with star play-maker Benji Marshall now out with a foot injury, things will not get any easier.

Last week they were denied by a field gold when going down to St. George 13-12 and were accounted for by Many and the Storm in the weeks prior.

They’ll give a good account of themselves but with Marshall out and Brisbane finding form, the Broncos should be too good and be able to get home over the -5.5.

TIP: BRONCOS – 5.5
