Preview:

MELBOURNE RENEGADES (2-3) ($2.05) v HOBART HURRICANES (5-0) ($1.77)

Cameron White and Tom Cooper just aren’t making runs and it is hurting the Renegades. Unless Aaron Finch absolutely explodes in this game, the Renegades will need to bowl very well to keep themselves in the game against the Hurricanes.

The loss of key wickets is killing their early momentum with both opener Mackenzie Harvey and wicketkeeper Sam Harper out for 1 at the top of the order in their recent match against the Strikers. The Wolf thinks that the inclusion of Finch will provide some stability and guide them to a higher opening wicket score but it takes two to tango and he wont be able to do it all on his own.

Fall of first wicket over 20.5 runs – Renegades ($1.88)

WHAT TO EXPECT:

Hobart Hurricanes ($1.77)

Hard to look past the Hurricanes in their current form. D’Arcy Short is batting superbly and George Bailey, Alex Doolan and even Simon Milenko are seeing the ball well. As long as they can control the influence of Aaron Finch, we think they should improve to 6-0.
