AFLW Round 2 finishes off with the Dockers “hosting” GWS at Whitten Oval.

Freo open the betting as $1.36 favourites with the Giants the $3.10 underdogs at time of publish, but both sides are coming off solid Round 1 wins.

Given it’s a neutral venue, the home ground advantage is really not a factor here so there might be some value in taking the Giants at the price on offer.

Freo was a class above West Coast last week in the Derby with stars such as Kiara Bowers and Ebony Antonio starring, kicking three goals in their 28-point win.

The Giants also come off an impressive Round 1 win, after trailing at quarter time they managed to get the job done by 15 points in very humid conditions up in Mackay.

GWS has been a mid-range team for the past few years, and if they were to conjure up a victory against a highly fancied Freo would really boost their credentials.

However, it’s hard to go past Freo so we’ll back them at the line.
