The Strikers are currently second on the BBL table and welcome back the economical Peter Siddle for this game against the Sydney Sixers. This match comes down to whether the Sixers can put together a suffocating bowling performance at the Adelaide Oval.

ADELAIDE STRIKERS (3-2) ($1.62) v SYDNEY SIXERS (3-3) ($2.30)
The Sixers went right down to the wire against the undefeated Hobart Hurricanes but couldn’t get the job done at Blundstone Arena. Once again Sydney got absolutely nothing out of their openers with Joe Denly and Justin Avendano departing early. The Wolf thinks that Avendano might be better sticking to his part time job, smashed on toast with feta.
Fall of first wicket under 20.5 runs – Sydney Sixers ($1.88)
The key for the Sixers is a balanced bowling performance. Tom Curran was the biggest threat but there wasn’t much support from the Englishman’s teammates. Manenti was more expensive than buying your treats from the movie snackbar and he will need to tighten up or the Sixers will lose this one.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
Adelaide Strikers ($1.62)
The Wolf thinks that with Peter Siddle back in the side, the Strikers are in a strong position to win this game. Captain Travis Head remains unavailable as he is playing for Australia in Sydney and his absence is the difference between the Strikers challenging for the BBL|08 crown or making up the numbers this season. The Wolf expects him back for the game against the Stars on Friday.
