Trevor Gleeson’s team lost be seven to the Taipans in Cairns last week – Perth’s second loss in their last four games. The 36ers, meanwhile, split their two-game weekend one win apiece with a loss to the Bullets followed by a seven-point win over their own against the Breakers.
Despite their average run of form, backing the Wildcats following a previous loss is always a profitable play. Perth hasn’t lost back-to-back games since December last year, so with home-court advantage and a three-game winning streak against Adelaide, don’t overcomplicate this one.
