Fresh off a pair of overtime victories at Phoenix, the Denver Nuggets will continue their road trip at the Dallas Mavericks.

It took two extra periods for the Nuggets to win 120-112 on Saturday, seeing Nikola Jokic finish with 29 points and an equal-career-high 22 rebounds.

Jokic was again influential in the first game of this season series, however, his 38-point display was ultimately equalled by Luka Doncic, who also dished 13 assists during a 124-117 Mavericks overtime win.

Dallas was far less successful last time out; Saturday’s 133-108 home loss to Houston marked its largest defeat of the campaign.

Kristaps Porzingis was rested against the Rockets but should be good to go for this one, however, it remains unclear when Josh Richardson, Dorian Finney-Smith, Maxi Kleber and Dwight Powell will return.
