NSW backed to win 2012 State Of Origin game 2

There has been more money for New South Wales to win Game 2 of the 2012 State of Origin series with online bookmaker sportsbet.com.au than for Queensland.

The Blues have now attracted 59% of money wagered on head-to-head betting to the Maroons 41%.

Ricky Stuart’s men have firmed from $2.00 into $1.95 with Queensland easing out from $1.80 to $1.85.

“As of last weekend, 47% of the money in head-to-head betting had been for the Blues but that has now surged to almost 60%,” sportsbet.com.au’s Ben Hawes said.

“This is the first time since we opened betting on State of Origin last year that we’ve seen more money for the Blues to win a game than Queensland.”

If New South Wales are leading at halftime at ANZ Stadium but lose Game 2, sportsbet.com.au will refund punters their first bet on the match!
