ANZ Stadium, Friday 17th August

The Bulldogs continued on their winning way last week, registering their eleventh win on the trot when coming from 14-0 down, to beat Brisbane 22-14.The competition front-runners are in devastating form and it’s impossible at the moment to find a chink in the armour of Des Hasler’s men.The Bulldogs have won their past three encounters against the Tigers, the latest only a few weeks back in Round 18, 32-20.If it needed to be, Canterbury side will also be bolstered by the return of big forward Sam Kasiano after serving suspension.West Tigers put an end to St. George’s season last week with a 22-12 win. That was only the Tigers third win from their past eight outings but their were encouraging signs with star play-maker Benji Marshall at his best and fullback Tim Moltzen back to some of the promising form he displayed earlier in the year. The win kept the Tigers in eighth spot on the ladder but being only one win in front of the Knights and Raiders and with their last round being against Melbourne, a win here is a must.

Off the back of the last couple of weeks, the Tigers may be on the improve however those wins were against struggling sides Parramatta and St. George. The Dogs are far from struggling and expect them to account for the Tigers here.
