Benji Marshall could be a late inclusion for Sunday’s NRL clash against Penrith, says St George Illawarra coach Paul McGregor.

After missing last week’s breakthrough win over South Sydney due to a hamstring strain, Marshall was again omitted from McGregor’s line-up on Tuesday.

However the veteran playmaker ran for the first time on Wednesday and will re-join his teammates in the captain’s run on Saturday in a bid to prove his fitness to take on the Panthers.
