South Australia are closing in on victory against Western Australia on Sunday’s final day of the Sheffield Shield match in Adelaide.
Chasing 207 to win, the Warriors were 7-138 at lunch.
WA opener Marcus Harris made a superb 74, the second-highest individual score of the match, but was one of two wickets to fall just before the lunch break.
Harris fell to a stunning one-handed diving catch by wicketkeeper Tim Ludeman from the bowling of Joe Mennie (2-46).
Three overs later, Redbacks captain Johan Botha (2-36) trapped Sam Whiteman lbw for 15.
The other batsman dismissed on Sunday after WA resumed at 4-50 was allrounder Mitchell Marsh.
Marsh made 28 and was run out after featuring in a 63-run stand with Harris.
SA paceman Chadd Sayers also has two wickets as the Redbacks seek an outright victory which would take them to the top of the Shield table with one match remaining.
