The Spurs were exceptional against both the Clippers (116-113) and Lakers (118-109) and have squared their season record at 4-4 as a result. LaMarcus Aldridge wound back the clock in the latter of those two wins by scoring 28 points. San Antonio is 4-1 this season with Aldridge playing. Meanwhile, the Timberwolves fell further into a hole through a 135-117 loss at Portland, during which they were outscored 47-27 in the second quarter. Minnesota is now 0-6 since Karl-Anthony Towns injured his wrist, however, that could all be about to change with KAT’s status upgraded to questionable for this contest.
