Clarry Conners trained filly ‘Assail’ has been scratched from today’s $1.6million dollar Magic Millions Classic due to a foot abscess.

Assail was the $3.20 favourite for the race before the scratching and with daughter of Charge Forward being removed from the market the new favourite will be Clevadude. Assail joins Purrific who has also been scratched from the race.

With today’s early scratchings He’s a Ladies Man gets a start in Queensland’s richest race.
