The JJ McCarthy era for the Vikings begins with a trip to Chicago and based on what we saw in the preseason, there might be some growing pains.

Once he settles in to the role and gets on the same page as Justin Jefferson they are going to be good but the production might be a bit below what is expected.

The Bears will be breaking in a new offence under head coach Ben Johnson who has sought to rebuild their porous offensive line.

It has been a rough preseason for Caleb Williams as he goes through the expected struggles adjusting to what Johnson wants from him.

The easy way to fix that is to lean on the running game and we could be in for a solid day from D’Andre Swift who will serve as the hammer in the red zone for the Bears, similar to David Montgomery for Johnson when he was calling plays in Detroit.

Points might be at a premium but Swift should be able to find his way into the end zone at least once.
