The pressure really is on England and they are expected to qualify for the World Cup Semi Finals, but that will be much easier said than done.
There is a great deal of hype surrounding this England outfit and they have clearly meshed very well as a team, but I’m still not convinced that they are particularly good.
In saying that, they don’t have to be worldbeaters to make the World Cup Final from this side of the draw and they clearly have more attacking flair than Sweden.
Sweden are incredibly well-organised at the back and that is sometimes all you need to make a deep run at a major international tournament.
Unlike other nations, they won’t have issues containing England from set pieces and chances are sure to be few and far between for the Three Lions.
There is little doubt that this will be a low-scoring affair and it really would not surprise if this ended 0-0 after 90 minutes.
I still fancy England to find a way to progress, but there is no value at their current price and the value lies in Total Goals betting markets.
