Watford were so poor against Liverpool last weekend, there were some wondering if Claudio Ranieri’s time as manager would be 90 minutes plus stoppage time.

Not that it would have been fair on the Italian, but that’s just the way they work.

What it did show was the scale of the task at hand for him and he will look for his first points against Everton this weekend.

The Toffees have fallen apart recently, winning just once in their last four matches and their inconsistency makes their $1.62 head to head price a very dicey option.
