South Sydney Rabbitohs vs Wests Tigers 2013 NRL Round 10 preview and tips

South Sydney sit alone at the top of the NRL ladder after nine rounds with an 8 -1 record and have earned the position with good wins in the past month over the likes of Manly and Brisbane – at Brookvale and Suncorp respectively.

They returned home last week to account for the North Queensland Cowboys by 28-10.

Again, as was the case when the faced Manly and Brisbane, South were behind early but they are a professional outfit this year, well drilled and with a belief in their game, they again finished too well.

The Tigers season started off poorly, with a 42-10 loss against Newcastle and unfortunately, seems to be just getting worse.

Admittedly, they have been ravaged by injuries but in the last two weeks have conceded sixty points and scored fourteen.

Star playmaker Benji Marshall was rushed back from injury two weeks back when the injury toll rose but still doesn’t appear to be 100% comfortable on the field and this week, has been benched.

Souths have won the past three clashes between the two sides and would think they’ll easily take that tally to four this week.
