David Klemmer has escaped a ban for making contact with referee Ben Cummins at the NRL judiciary.
Canterbury forward Klemmer on Wednesday evening successfully fought his grade-one contrary conduct charge for making contact with Cummins in last week’s win over Penrith.
Klemmer is free to play in Friday night’s match against Parramatta at ANZ Stadium.
