Canberra’s Hudson Young is facing a five to seven-week NRL ban after being charged over an alleged eye gouge on Canterbury’s Aiden Tolman.
The rookie Raiders forward was on Sunday hit with a grade three dangerous contact – head/neck charge by the match review committee.
If he accepts an early guilty plea he will miss five weeks but if he fights the ban and loses, he will be sidelined for seven weeks.
