Parramatta coach Brad Arthur has hailed the winning mentality Blake Ferguson has brought to the NRL club this year.

Ahead of Friday’s round-three clash against Ferguson’s former club, the Sydney Roosters, Arthur said he had been impressed by his winger’s leadership.

“His leadership is more on-field in games and on-field at training. And because he doesn’t have any self-doubt, he’s only thinking about winning, that flows into the rest of the boys,” Arthur said on Thursday.
