A positive spin on Clevelands last week would promote the idea that they have fully embraced the rebuild by trading Joe Flacco to the Bengals and rolling with Dillon Gabriel (and eventually Shedur Sanders).
The negative spin would point out they now have two rookies on the roster and they are being supported by a guy who undermined the established starter in New England and is at best a fringe NFL player in Bailey Zappe.
