The Listed Tattersall’s Members Cup headlines a quality nine-race program at Brisbane’s Eagle Farm on Saturday!

I’ve had a look into the form of each galloper engaged, and you can find all of my thoughts and Tattersall’s Members Cup Day Tips below.

Functions At Tattersall’s 3YO BM70 Handicap (1500m) – 11:53am

Capital Cee hit the line from back in the field at his last appearance, and I thought the rise in trip that he gets at Eagle Farm on Saturday will therefore suit.

The Capitalist gelding finished third, beaten a length at the Sunshine Coast first-up from a break, but was just too far back in running at Ipswich at his latest.

Fitter third-up, he can settle a little closer in the run this week and finish over the top.

Suggested Bet: No. 5 Capital Cee

Bet Now: Eagle Farm Race 1

Tattersall’s Life Members Fillies & Mares Class 6 Plate (1200m) – 12:28pm

Kir Royale brings competitive Sydney form to Eagle Farm on Saturday and I am confident that she can convert it into a win.

The I Am Invincible mare is yet to strike in three runs back, btu she only just missed behind Insurrection in a BM88 sprint before finishing fourth at Rosehill last time.

She’s hard fit and looks ideally suited to something like this.

Suggested Bet: No. 8 Kir Royale

Bet Now: Eagle Farm Race 2

Tattersall’s Arcade No Metro Wins Handicap (1800m) – 1:03pm

Heleva Deel looks well placed to win in tow on Saturday.

The Dundeel mare has been a consistent performer for Mark Currie for a couple of seasons now, and she returned to fill the minors in BM70 company at Toowoomba before only just missing here in August.

She’s a month between runs, but does race well fresh, and the 1800m at Eagle Farm looks absolutely ideal.

Suggested Bet: No. 7 Heleva Deel

Bet Now: Eagle Farm Race 3

The Conservatory At Tattersall’s BM78 Handicap (2200m) – 1:38pm

Chernak takes winning form into this contest and looks capable of making it two in a row.

The six-year-old gelding was freshened after finishing fourth, beaten three lengths here in July, and he returned to score an impressive win over some handy opposition in August.

With improvement, from the good draw and under Mark Du Plessis, I can’t find a reason why he won’t be in the finish again.

Suggested Bet: No. 2 Chernak

Bet Now: Eagle Farm Race 4

Membership At Tattersall’s QTIS 3YO Fillies Handicap (1000m) – 2:13pm

Miss Coota is the class horse engaged in the fifth at Eagle Farm on Saturday and she can record another race win.

The Spirit Of Boom filly won each of her first two career starts last October and was put away, and while she could only manage midfield finishes in the McLachlan Stakes and the Magic Millions Classic, she returned to win here a couple of weeks ago.

With natural improvement, she’s my best bet on the program.

Suggested Bet: No. 1 Miss Coota

Bet Now: Eagle Farm Race 5

Events At Tattersall’s No Metro Wins Handicap (1000m) – 2:48pm

Wide-open race with several winning chances engaged, but I am going to side with the consistent Le Melody.

Le Melody has missed placing only once in four trips to the races this year, winning twice and filling the minors behind the talented Vodka Martini at her latest.

She’s drawn poorly which is probably a reason why we’re getting around $4.50 (at publish), but I am confident that she can overcome it.

Suggested Bet: No. 5 Le Melody

Bet Now: Eagle Farm Race 6

Des Lambart Memorial C,G&E Class 6 Plate (1200m) – 3:27pm

Hell I Am make his return to the races in the seventh at Eagle Farm on Saturday, and I am confident that it can be a winning one.

It’s fair to say that his form did tail off at the end of his last prep, but Hell I Am was a standout performer through his summer campaign, winning the Wyong Magic Millions 3&4YO races before placing in both the Gosford Guineas and the Magic Millions Guineas.

That kind of form is certainly good enough for something like this, and he is a multiple fresh winner.

Suggested Bet: No. 6 Hell I Am

Bet Now: Eagle Farm Race 7

Listed Tattersall’s Members Cup (1400m) – 4:07pm

The feature race has drawn an open field, and it looks a great one for dual-acceptor Chassis, if this is the way the team elects to go.

Chassis has been a great horse for the Maher & Eustace yard throughout her career, and she won the Gai Waterhouse Classic at Ipswich back in June, while she wasn’t far away in either of the Glasshouse Handicap and Aurie’s Star Handicap in the months following.

She did finish down the order in the PB Lawrence a fortnight go, but this is a big drop in class, and she gets in well at the weights.

Suggested Bet: No. 8 Chassis

Bet Now: Eagle Farm Race 8

Weddings At Tattersall’s BM78 Handicap (1400m) – 4:43pm

Good early interest for the consistent Our Magnus, and I’m jumping on as well!

Our Magnus has been excellent throughout his career and hasn’t missed placing for a couple of preps now.

His two starts this time in have been competitive and he has been knocking on the door of a win. I think he’ll get it this week.

Suggested Bet: No. 6 Our Magnus

Bet Now: Eagle Farm Race 9
