Darley’s exciting young filly Earthquake is at the top of betting with Sportingbet for the 2014 Sportingbet Blue Diamond Stakes, contested at Caulfield on February 22.

The Peter Snowden-trained Earthquake is a $4 favourite at Sportingbet.com.au ahead of the Tony McEvoy-trained Risen From Doubt at $7 and Robbie Laing’s Boomwaa at $8.
“Earthquake looked super impressive when winning on debut and her trainer has already declared that the filly has what it takes to win the Blue Diamond,” Sportingbet’s Andrew Brown said.
“This will be Snowden’s last Sportingbet Blue Diamond Stakes training for Darley and he will no doubt be very keen to finish his association with another two-year-old feature race win,” Brown said.
The horse that ran second to Earthquake on debut, Sheer Style, franked the form by winning the Magic Millions Clockwise Classic at Ballarat last Sunday. Sheer Style is a $31 chance at Sportingbet.
