Singapore International Racing Festival – Live Coverage

After the tremendous success of Just Horse Racing’s live blog for Dubai World Cup night, we have been given the opportunity to cover the Singapore International Racing Festival – featuring the Group 1 Singapore Airlines International Cup (2000m) and the Group 1 Krisflyer International Sprint (1200m).

Andrew Hawkins is trackside in Singapore, where he will bring you all the latest news ahead of the biggest night of racing in the Lion City.

But most importantly, he’ll attempt to find a winner. Will the Sprint go to Bahrain’s Krypton Factor? Or can the locals, like Better Be The One or Mr Big, repel the challenge? And can Hong Kong’s California Memory or Thumbs Up, or the UAE’s City Style, or France’s Chinchon or Dream Peace win the Cup? Or can the old boy Waikato provide the fairytale story?

These questions will be answered over the next few hours. And despite the Melbourne spring features – the Caulfield Cup, the Cox Plate and the Melbourne Cup – being five months away, perhaps we may get a  greater insight into some likely international competitors.
