Aussies win toss, bat first in 3rd ODI

Australia have won the toss and will bat first in the third one-day international against the West Indies in St Vincent.

The game is a crucial one in the five-match series with the West Indies level at 1-1 after a five-wicket win at the same venue on Sunday.

A capacity crowd is expected at the Arnos Vale Ground with the prime minister of St Vincent and the Grenadines declaring a public holiday for the match after the West Indies’ win on Sunday.

Australia have made one change from that match with off-spinner Nathan Lyon replacing batsman Peter Forrest in the line-up.

The move means veteran Michael Hussey will bat at No.3.

The Windies have chosen the same team that won Sunday’s match.

Australia: Shane Watson (capt), David Warner, Matthew Wade, David Hussey, Michael Hussey, George Bailey, Dan Christian, Brett Lee, Clint McKay, Nathan Lyon, Xavier Doherty.

West Indies: Johnson Charles, Kieran Powell, Marlon Samuels, Darren Bravo, Kieron Pollard, Dwayne Bravo, Carlton Baugh, Darren Sammy (capt), Andre Russell, Sunil Narine, Kemar Roach.
