Freo was given a scare by the Eagles when they got within six points of them, but they managed to steady the ship.

As always Kiara Bowers was a ball-magnet with 22 disposals, seven clearances and a goal.

Adelaide is the $1.75 favourite in the head to head betting at the time of publishing.
