Adelaide Crows vs Fremantle Dockers 2013 AFL Round 10 preview and tips

Two great clashes scheduled for Saturday and this is the first of them.

Fourth placed Fremantle visit Adelaide to take on the seventh placed Crows who mounted an unbelievable comeback last week to defeat North 125-124.

After wins over GWS and St. Kilda, it was Adelaide third consecutive win and their fifth of the season.

The manner in which they won last week will no doubt have given the club a real spring in its step this week and they’ll be looking to consolidate their recent form, with a win here.

Fremantle’s only two losses this year have been to Hawthorn and Essendon. In round 8, they toughed out a draw with Sydney at the SCG before last week, drumming Melbourne by 90 points.

It’s a tough road trip the Crows in Adelaide yet so are the Swans in Sydney and the Dockers, who are 3-1 when covering the line away from home, are well positioned here to give a good account of themselves.

Adelaide beat Fremantle in each of their three clashes last year, including a ten point win in the Finals however, Freo have a displayed a tenacity that may not have been as strong as last season as it has been in the opening nine rounds.
