Canberra’s Blake Austin will likely be fit to take on Melbourne in Monday night’s NRL clash after he was cleared of any serious shoulder injury.
Austin underwent scans after he was hurt while scoring the match-sealing try against Cronulla on Saturday night, and will now only need pass a fitness test to play.
Regular Raiders forward Paul Vaughan will also need to pass a fitness test before returning to the field after injuring his sternum in reserve grade last week.
