Western Force centre Kyle Godwin is confident the franchise can put their horror 2015 campaign behind them after ironing out some kinks during a heart-to-heart team meeting.
The Force finished last in 2015, but have been boosted by the additions of flyhalf Peter Grant and fringe Wallaby Ben Tapuai.
Godwin is confident the team will improve next season.
