Tomic sets himself for fresh start in 2017

Bernard Tomic says he is looking for a fresh start in 2017 after a frustrating year.

The world No.26 says he has overcome an abdominal complaint that has plagued him and he also believes his mindset is right after a controversial 2016 ahead of next month’s Brisbane International.

He did not make himself available for the Rio Olympics and was fined more than $13,000 for abusing a heckler in his US Open first-round loss.
