Nick Kyrgios’s Australian Open conqueror Andreas Seppi has rolled into the second week at Melbourne Park with a four-set win over Belgian Steve Darcis.
Italy’s world No.89 won 4-6 6-4 7-6 (7-1) 7-6 (7-2) on Friday to be the first man through to the fourth round.
Seppi will play fourth-seeded former champion Stan Wawrinka or Serb Viktor Troicki on Sunday for a place in the quarter-finals.
