World No.3 Rafael Nadal has defeated France’s Gilles Simon 6-2 6-4 in the fourth round of the Indian Wells Masters.
The Spaniard moves through to the quarter-finals where he will face Milos Raonic of Canada.
Earlier, Japan’s world No.5 Kei Nishikori’s run ended with a 6-4 7-6 (7-2) loss in the fourth round to Spain’s Feliciano Lopez.
Lopez moves through to the quarter-finals where he will face Britain’s Andy Murray who beat France’s Adrian Mannarino 6-3 6-3.
