Daniil Medvedev has moved into the fourth round of the Australian Open with a comprehensive straight sets win over Alexei Popyrin.
The Russian fourth seed was too strong for the young Australian, who appeared to be carrying a leg injury at times, winning 6-4 6-3 6-2.
He’ll now take on three-time grand slam champion Stan Wawrinka for a place in the quarter-finals.
