Nick Kyrgios’ Australian Open campaign is under a cloud following his mid-match withdrawal from the Kooyong Classic with a foot injury.
Kyrgios quit his match against Belgian David Goffin midway through the second set.
The 20-year-old won the first set 7-6 (7-5) and was trailing 3-2 in the second when he said he couldn’t continue.
