Thanasi Kokkinakis has been withdrawn from Australia’s Davis Cup team for the semi-final against Belgium in Brussels.
The big-serving South Australian, who has battled a series of injuries over the past 18 months, was withdrawn on Thursday morning — less than an hour before the official draw takes place.
Kokkinakis will be replaced by John Millman for the tie.
