The second-seeded US also boasts a powerful duo in the form of Venus Williams and John Isner, while third seeds Italy will be represented by Andreas Seppi and Francesca Schiavone.
Verdasco will partner Anabel Medina Garrigues for Spain, while Haas has been teamed with Andrea Petkovic.
Despite Tsonga’s No.6 world ranking, France has been seeded seventh, with the flamboyant Frenchman to be paired with Mathilde Johansson.
South Africa will be represented by Kevin Anderson and Chanelle Scheepers.
