Bernard Tomic will play in January’s Kooyong Classic as part of his Australian Open preparations.

Tomic will be joined by Belgian world No.12 David Goffin and French veteran Richard Gasquet at the January 10-13 exhibition event, with further players still to be announced.

Nick Kyrgios, who has been handed a conditional eight-week ATP ban over his Shanghai Masters meltdown last week, is yet to declare his plans for 2017 after withdrawing from last year’s Kooyong Classic with a foot injury.
