Struggling Serie A side Novara appear set on calling back coach Attilio Tesser five weeks after replacing him with Emiliano Mondonico, Italian media reported on Tuesday.
Novara returned to the Serie A after an absence of 55 years and lie second from bottom in the three-team drop zone with 12 games remaining.
They lost three and drew two of the six games played under Mondonico.
Tesser in February was awarded the Silver Bench award by a jury of Serie A coaches for the two promotions obtained with Novara in 2010 and 2011.
