When: 19:00 | Sunday 15/10/2017

Where: Allianz Stadium

Preview:

The Sky Blues were good without being great on Saturday night against the Victory with Ninkovic and new signing Adrian comfortable dictating play in the midfield.

With a midweek match 5-1 win against South Melbourne, Sydney have played plenty of early season football which will help them sharpen up and accelerate their match fitness.

Wellington saved a point against Adelaide courtesy of young goalkeeper Keegan Smith who showed some glimpses of brilliance. The Phoenix will get back key players from international duty from the All Whites which will help Roy Krishna and Dario Vidosic who were stand outs in their season opener.

It will take a very strong performance from the Phoenix to upset Sydney and we only see the Sky Blues getting better over the next few weeks.
