An off season exodus of players will see defending champions Adelaide Reds start the season with a vastly different line-up. Only time will tell if they can be the same force without Bruce Djite, Pablo Sanchez, Bruce Kamau, Stefan Mauk and Craig Goodwin. Reds coach Guillermo Amor has added Spanish striker Sergi Guardiola, winger Ryan Kitto and former Roar goal poacher Henrique. The Jets went through some turmoil in the off-season and only recently appointed new coach Mark Jones. The Novocastrian has his work cut out, but new recruits, midfielder Wayne Brown and striker Alex Koko have had a solid pre-season and should help the Jets improve in front of goal.
