Not that long ago backing Adelaide to win was one of the best bets in the A-League but after a rough month, they need to be approached with a bit of caution.

With just two points from their last four games, they have slid down the ladder and are now in a proper battle just to get a home game in May.

Their 4-4 draw in Auckland was a good point to take but their draw at home against Brisbane last weekend was not exactly confidence inspiring.
