Melbourne Rebels coach Damien Hill says winger Cooper Vuna owes his teammates a big performance in Saturday’s twilight Super Rugby fixture against the Western Force in Perth.
Vuna was banned for one game following his post-match punch-up with fellow Wallaby Kurtley Beale a fortnight ago.
Beale, who was the instigator, is still suspended indefinitely, but Vuna will return off the bench against the Force.
“I expect Cooper to have an absolute standout game, depending on how much time he gets,” Hill said before training on Friday.
“The instances are in the past, but he knows he owes his teammates a big performance.”
