Vito to lead Hurricanes against Cheetahs

All Blacks loose forward Victor Vito will captain the Hurricanes in their second and final match in South Africa when they take on the Cheetahs in Bloemfontein early on Saturday (AEST).

Skipper Conrad Smith has been ruled out with concussion from last week’s 48-14 loss to the Bulls in Pretoria.

Four changes have been made to the team who crumpled against the Bulls.

Ben May starts at tighthead prop in place of Jeffery Toomaga-Allen, while Faifili Levave comes on at blindside flanker for Brad Shields.

Tim Bateman returns at inside centre for Tusi Pisi, and Reynold Lee-Lo makes his first start at centre after six appearances off the bench.

Jack Lam has been bracketed with Karl Lowe for the No.7 jersey and Andre Taylor has been bracketed with James Marshall at fullback.
