Wallabies scrumhalf Will Genia will make his Super Rugby return with the Melbourne Rebels next year.
The 78-Test veteran, who has spent the past two years in Europe with Stade Francais, has decided to return to Australia, where he was linked to home state franchise the Queensland Reds.
Genia will compete for the No.9 jersey with captain Nic Stirzaker at Super Rugby strugglers the Rebels, who survived Australian Rugby Union’s axe last week.
