Two new faces feature in the Hurricanes Super Rugby team named to take on the Western Force in Perth on Friday.
Jeffery Toomaga-Allen will start at tighthead prop and TJ Perenara at halfback after both making appearances from the bench so far this season.
The Hurricanes lost their first-up match 39-26 to the Stormers in Cape Town before winning their second 30-28 over the Lions in Johannesburg last Saturday.
Julian Savea will make his first start on the wing since injuring his shoulder in the pre-season game against the Crusaders, while Taranaki prop Michael Bent has been named be on the bench.
Centre Tim Bateman has come through training this week despite carrying a hamstring strain and is fit to start on Friday.
Alapati Leiua, also carrying a hamstring injury, has returned to New Zealand for treatment in a bid to be available for selection against the Highlanders next week.
