England scrum coach Neal Hatley has backed coach Eddie Jones’ prediction of scrum “fireworks”, but has backed captain Dylan Hartley to keep his cool in Saturday’s first Test against the Wallabies in Brisbane.
The Wallabies are expected to target the oft-suspended Hartley after a fiery clash was predicted following Jones’ vow to play “Bodyline rugby”.
“I am sure they will niggle everyone but Hartley is our captain and our leader – we don’t have any concerns there,” Hatley said.
